Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Reel Spark website, mobile services, newsletters, or any related content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement & Privacy Policy. In all cases, Reel Spark's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the site shall be limited to the amount, if any, you have paid to Reel Spark for access to the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
